Social Media Genial.ly

I think that genially is an incredible tool to create presentations. Every time I want to make a speaking activity, I use it.


Social media and genially is an incredible mixture in the classrooms. Social media is something that is in our students' dailylives, so this activity is very effective if we want to practice more voabulary and also if we want to know more about our students.


As the vocabulary is put into practice, studnets find it more motivating and although they are embarrased, they try to contribute and speak English.


There are different spot that you can press to show the inner content, so take a look a it first to find the hidden parts of it.

Speaking activity about Art Genially

As I wrote many post before, I have created a genially to practice speaking in my classes.
If you follow this link, you will see an incredible activity about art which is a unit that they like a lot. The genially is divided into different activities.
In the first part you will find videos from youtube about artista creating their works of art in the middle of the street. You will also have some questions that can be answered outloud. In the second part of the genially, you will have some speaking activities about descriptions and games. One of the most important things is a video about Dali, he made it for disney.
In the last part of the video you will have the speaking activity to make the oral presentations in the classrooms. My students enjoyed it a lot.
